Agripantel was conceived after different studies and market analysis in the early nineties by Mr La Rosa, due to the intense dedication to its loved island and its genuine products. The company aims to value local agricultural products at a regional and national level. When it started in 1994, it was the first Sicilian company specialized in the transformation: both of fresh fruits and vegetables and dry nuts (pistachios, almonds and hazelnuts). During the years customers progressively got to know the brand and grow fond of it because of its flavors alike traditionally handmade conserves. This made of Agripantel one of the benchmark for the industry in the Sicilian market.

To reach this perception and quality standard, “a local product, made with artisanal care of genuine ingredients and without any preservatives or colorant”, were decisive the analysis realized ex ante and during the activity by a team dedicated. Now the only dressings used in any product are salt, EVO or sugar: pure natural products. As a result the company provides many options for any meal and always following the main principles of the Mediterranean diet, recognized as one of the Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.

“In the pure Sicilian tradition, our fathers’ typical meal was EVO, olives, sundried tomatoes, pani cunzatu, oranges, wine and tumazzu. Our products wants to reflect and value exactly those habits” – Mr La Rosa adds – “a love story born from our land to recall those memories for which we work so hard and that we take as examples”.
