Dark ruby red. Wine slightly closed initially with hints of chestnut quite pronounced at the start and that slowly give way to fruity notes typical of nerelli.
Grapes: Nerello Mascalese 85%, 15% Nerello Cappuccio
Fermentation: 8 days of maceration, fermentation in steel. Spontaneous fermentation without pied de cuve. Ageing of 14 months in chestnut barrels.
