A cherry red color. Male nose, narrow, shady, but thin and delicate. Small spices, rosemary. In mouth hanging on a thorny tannin and old, with a final taste slightly spicy.

Fermentation: about 14 days on the skins. Aging in oak barrels for about 30 hl and then in bottle.
